President - Jacob Newman
Hey! I'm Jacob, a 3rd year History student and ExVac President from 2024-25. My job is to make sure ExVac is running smoothly on both an administrative and practical level, so that the charity is the best that it can be! This is particularly important this year, considering our new CIO status. It is such an honour to be in this position, as this charity has been the highlight of my university experience. I come from Oxfordshire so to give back to the local community in such a profound way is the best thing I could ask for!

Chairperson - Nina Oldham
Hi, I’m Nina, a 3rd-year Maths and Philosophy student and this year's Chairperson! I've been involved in ExVac since my 1st year, and it's been the highlight of my university experience; it's a such privilege to see the children's smiles and confidence grow throughout the week! As Chairperson, I oversee the charity's operations, guide its future, and handle the newsletter and Annual General Meeting. This year, I will focus on strengthening ties with the College, alumni, and donors while expanding our network and raising ExVac's profile.

Treasurer - Anuj Mishra
I’m Anuj, a third year studying English and the treasurer for ExVac this year. I’ve been involved with ExVac since my first year, beginning as a Holiday Leader before becoming the External Fundraising Officer. This year, I’m delighted to take on the Treasurer role, which involves looking after the charity’s finances and steering the fundraising team. My priorities for this year include solidifying our healthy financial position through maintaining our good relationships with alumni and ramping up fundraising efforts across the wider university.

VP Leaders - Daniyal Vemuri
Hi! I’m Daniyal, this year’s VP Leaders! I am a second-year student studying Philosophy Politics and Economics. I was a Holiday Leader last year, and it was the most rewarding opportunity that I’ve had during my time at university. It was an honour to witness the kindness and growth of the children during the holiday. As VP Leaders, I’m responsible for recruiting the next generation of Holiday Leaders to create the best experience for the children this year. I’m really excited to share the ExVac journey and build a brilliant and diverse team.

Secretary - Enya Dunne
Hey, I’m Enya, a 2nd year Classics student, and I’m the Secretary for ExVac this year. I was a Holiday Leader last year, and it was such a great experience seeing the impact that the holiday made on the children throughout the week. As Secretary, my job is to organise and record committee meetings, oversee the Exvac website and social media, arranging our bucket-shaking event for donations, and applying for insurance, to ensure the holidays are as safe and enjoyable as possible, for both leaders and the children. Being a Holiday Leader was one of my favourite parts of last year, and I’m excited to have a bigger role in planning the holiday this time around!

VP Social Services - Max Port
Hi! I'm Max, a second year History student and this year's VP Social Services. Being part of ExVac was the highlight of my first year at university and I had no hesitation in getting involved again, helping ensure all the children on the holidays enjoy a rewarding and memorable experience.
My role is an exciting and ultimately fulfilling one - I act as the point of contact for social and school link workers, as well as the parents and carers of the children coming on the holiday. I also liase with the President to decide which children would benefit most from participating in ExVac and help run the holidays! -
Holiday Organiser - Amber Bebber
Hi! I'm Amber, a second-year English student and this year's Holiday Organiser, alongside Subhan. I got involved in ExVac last year as a Holiday Leader, which was an incredibly valuable and rewarding experience. My role as HO involves arranging the residentials from the transport, to catering, and the activities. I'm excited to continue working with ExVac and would encourage Exonions, past and present, to get involved!

Exeternal Fundraiser - Pheobe Lambard
Hi! I’m Phoebe (she/her), a second-year studying English. I signed up for ExVac on a whim last year as a few friends told me it was the best thing they’d done at uni - although I was skeptical of this at first, it was genuinely my favourite part of my first year. I think as you begin to form bonds with the children, and get to know them and learn what incredible people they are, you get so attached, and seeing how happy this holiday makes them is worth so much! My job mainly involves fundraising outside college, so I’m responsible for alumni relationships, bucket shaking, and applying for grants. Please reach out if you have any ideas or want to chat about ExVac!

Holiday Organiser - Subhan Aslam
Hi, I’m Subhan, a 2nd-year History and English student and I'm one of ExVac's Holiday Organisers! The ExVac holiday in my first year was an amazing experience and I couldn't wait to take part again this year. In my role, I plan the holidays that the children will go on with my colleague Amber. This involves dealing with the logistics of food, transport, and accommodation but most importantly it's finding activities that will make the week the most fun possible. I also will be going on and leading one of the holidays which I'm so excited for!

Internal Fundraiser - Lucy Caulfield
Hello! I’m Lucy, a second-year Earth Sciences student and this year’s internal fundraiser. Volunteering for Exvac during my first year was one of the most fulfilling experiences I’ve had and was an incredibly rewarding week, and I’m excited to support the charity again this year. Together with Becky, I’ll be organising Exvac events within college and spreading the word about this great cause to our fellow students!
-
External Fundraiser - Jasmine Ashworth
Hi! I’m Jasmine, a third year English student and one of ExVac’s two External Fundraisers! I work with Phoebe to apply for grants and other funding opportunities to ensure ExVac has the resources to provide great opportunities for young children in the Oxfordshire area. I’m so excited to get involved in this amazing charity!

Internal Fundraiser - Becky Devlin
Hi, I’m Becky, a second year music student and I’m one of the internal fundraisers this year! In attending the different fundraisers in college last year, I was made aware of how amazing work that ExVac do, and I’m so excited to be more involved this year! As internal fundraiser, I’m really looking forward to organising some exciting events, with some possibilities including a promise auction, Pancake Tuesday stall and freshers recital. Working with Lucy, we hope to create events throughout college that many people will want to get involved with, as we work to promote the integration of charity throughout college life.
